Murrieta Auto Wash & Detail Center

This place isn’t a good place to get your car washed for several reasons. I came here because my regular place was jammed back. It’s off Murrieta Hot Springs and Alta Murrieta. This place drags dirty vacuum hoses all over the ground and then vacuum inside your car with all the filthy hoses rubbing inside your car seats. There work station are a reflection of how cleanliness they care for there tools. I got the $24.99 wash which was the middle priced and the bugs on side mirrors and front emblem were still present. The section below my windshield was nasty still and untouched. They have one person per car (which takes a lot longer) my location has two per vacuum and two per cleaning windows, tires, drying and wiping down. There top priced service is $5 more than my location. The attitude of the workers walking around showed frustration and whatever attitude. Just watching for the 30 mins or so waiting for my truck was shown loudly. I would not come here unless you don’t care about your vehicles overall cleanliness.

Ray did my car detailing and did an amazing job! I have a dog and his hair was everywhere and I'm traveling for family matters, no time to keep things clean and ohh man my car was a project. Typical on the road with a pet kind of car. They did my mats, all the inside leather, dash and the wheels shine! 30 bucks and a tip later my car is back to being clean! Highly recommend this place.

These men are just doing this just to have job, they don’t care if you’re happy or not with the job they did, lacking integrity. I literally can’t see out my windshield at night so I went to get it cleaned and it looked exactly the same and even dirtier, they said it wasn’t their problem and to go to a different car wash after taking my money. They tried saying my windshield wipers needed to be changed because it was scratching my windshield? How could a windshield wiper cause streaks across my entire windshield?? The windshield wiper is not the issue. I was very kind and specifically asked for my windshield to be cleaned, they shooed me away. They didn’t even put car freshener either.

I arrived at this car wash at 2:20 pm on a Tuesday afternoon and purchased a Silver Car Wash. At 4:15 pm, my car was done. Upon inspection of the car, I found it was not clean in many places, water spots along the sides and light scratches on the truck and side, which were not there when I arrived. I approached a woman who stated that she was in charge and explained to her that the car was not clean and it was scratched. She looked at the scratches and stated they were not new scratches. She also stated that because I only purchased the Silver Car Wash, the drip marks and places not clean were to be expected. She offered to have the car washed again, except they were getting ready to close so she would not do it on that day. She had the person who dried the car go over a few spots. It was still not clean. Be warned of up to two hour waits, along with a car that is not clean and that is scratched. Will never return.
